(Latin for teacher's web)- I'm no spider but I can tat a web. I started learning tatting (shuttle) and Latin the same year - MCMLXXIX.
Oh, no! The good news is you can make yourself another one, right? But maybe this one will show up again soon. We can hope.
Nooooo! it was so beautiful. I don’t like most tatted jewellery, but that bracelet was superb. : (
Oh that is so sad, as Fox says the bracelet is so beautiful. Must buy that thread too, it tats up wonderfully.
Oh no, what a shame. You'll have to make another.
Oh, no! I hope it turns up. If not, I hope the finder appreciates the workmanship and decides to learn to tat.
Well this post is a good wanted poster me be some one will see it and it will show up!You have the ability to make another in you and that is comforting to know!
Beauty is ephemeral. But, gee. Hugs. Hoping it is just hiding and not lost.
Cleverly hidden but found now!
I am so glad that you have your bracelet back, how nice of the young man to hand it in.It's a lovely bracelet and I am sure you would have missed it.Marfaret
Thank you, I am so glad to have it back.
It really is a very pretty bracelet Michelle... is that not the pattern for a bookmark called "Jane's Bookmark" or something like that? I like your addition of beads, it's perfect.
You're exactly right! Mir is Jane's bookmark, certainly a pleasing pattern to do.
Glad I read this after the 'Update'! Whew! I have lost and then found some tatted items and was always so glad to see them, after I had assumed they were lost forever! Was the clasp the problem? I've often wondered if that type is secure enough.
Yes, I blame the clasp. It is easier to put on by myself but essentially worthless- so I've discovered- if you'real active.
I'm so glad it was FOUND! It is truly gorgeous - especially in that Herbal Garden thread :)
I'm so glad someone found it and turned it in. It's a beautiful bracelet.
Thank you- that means a lot coming from you!
gratias maximas- it's wonderful to hear what you have to say!
