It was an exploratory learning day- we do this every year- I thought I'd try tatting again. But this time I got smart and used Tatted Treasures videos (Heather- you are brilliant!). We started with chains and two colors of thread and that's why it worked. It was SO exciting!
And they want to meet again- after school on Monday. We're going to have tatting club!
And then when I got home, there was an envelope from Diane- she is so generous with her thread. Lookee, lookee- I can't wait to start.
I am so lucky!!

congratulations Michelle, new tatters and new threads. a great day all around.
ReplyDeleteMichelle, how wonderful that you got to introduce tatting to middle schoolers and that they all got the flip! And I got to participate in a little way too--very cool! Let us know how tatting club goes.
